MagiPeeps®

Customisable, expressive AR avatars that let people share emotions through characters with identity.

  • 3D characters
  • Animation

MagiPeeps® are characters you design yourself, from facial features and hair to outfits, colours and textures. In augmented reality they carry your expressions: they dance when you are happy and comfort you when you are not, in chats, in meetings and in the room around you.

How it works

Under the hood

Explained from the system’s own source code.

  1. Your face drives the Peep

ARKit face tracking on the TrueDepth camera reads your expression every frame and plays it onto the character’s blend shapes: smiles, blinks, raised brows.

  2. Make it yours

Characters, parts, textures and backgrounds come from a cloud catalogue, so new looks reach everyone without an app update.

  3. Meet in rooms

In a live room every participant appears as their own Peep. Presence and face frames travel in real time, so you see each other react.

  4. Safe accounts

Sign in with Apple, email or as a guest. Every table is locked to its owner, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
